Organic Conductive Polymer: Verazol® WED Series
High Conductivity Grade: WED-SM
High conductivity grade WED-SM is a polymeric material fabricated by doped PEDOT (poly 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) with PSS (polystyrene sulfonate) and PTS (para-toluenesulfonic acid).
Features
- High-purity product created by removing ionic impurities by our unique refining method
- Realizes antistatic properties by adding only a small amount
- Can be adapted to various printing methods by mixing with various types of binders
- Provides highly transparent and low-haze coatings by mixing with various types of binders

Coating: Bar coater #4; Drying: 90°C × 10 min
Haze and transmittance measurement: Haze Meter HM-150 (Murakami Color Research Laboratory)
Surface resistance measurement: Loresta GP (Mitsubishi Chemical Analytech)
Test composition: (Solid content weight ratio: 1/Arbitrary value) 5% DMSO added Solid content: 2.5%
Base material: PET; 100 μm; Transmittance = 91.9%; Haze = 1.3
Coating: Bar coater #4; Drying: 90°C × 10 min
