Organic Conductive Polymer: VERAZOL™ WED Series
High Conductivity Grade: WED-SM

Highly conductive grade "WED-SM" is a polymer material in which PEDOT (poly 3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene) is doped with PSS (polystyrene sulfonic acid) and PTS (paratoluene sulfonic acid).

・ By blending with various resins, it exhibits high transparency and stable antistatic properties without humidity dependence.
・ Since it is a water-dispersible emulsion, it has less impact on the environment.
・ Achieves high quality and low cost by our original manufacturing technology.
・ Antistatic property is exhibited by adding a small amount.
・ Can be adapted to various printing methods by mixing with various types of binder.
・ Provides highly transparent and low-haze coatings.
・ A wide range of designs from 10^3~12Ω/sq is available.
・ Conductivity 400-500S / cm (mixed DMSO).
・ Particle size (D90%) <100nm.

Usage instructions

・ Functional coating material can be created by mixing resin, surfactant, etc. with VERAZOL WED-SM.

Functional coating material

(1) Prepare a resin to be mixed with VERAZOL WED. Please prepare additives etc. if necessary.
(2)You can make a Conductive ink by mixing.
(3) Antistatic treatment is possible for various materials by applying the diluted solution (2) to a film or the like and drying it as necessary.
