Organic Conductive Polymer
Organic Conductive Polymer: VERAZOL™ Overview
High Conductivity Grade: WED-SMC
PEDOT (poly 3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene) is a polymer material doped with PSS (polystyrene sulfonic acid).
Features
・ Conductive organic polymer with PEDOT as a skeleton having electron conductivity.
・ Achieves high quality and low cost by our original manufacturing technology.
・ Achieves high quality and low cost by our original manufacturing technology
・ Highly transparent and stable antistatic properties without humidity dependence
・ Can be mixed with various binders and can be designed with a wide range of surface resistance values from 103 to 1010Ω.
・ Conductivity 200-300S / cm (when DMSO is mixed).
・ Particle size (D90%) <100-500nm.
・ Having excellent storage stability.
Usage instructions
・ Functional paint can be created by mixing resin, surfactant, etc. with VERAZOL WED-SMC.
(1) Prepare a resin to be mixed with VERAZOL WED. Please prepare additives etc. if necessary.
(2)You can make a Conductive ink by mixing.
(3) Antistatic treatment is possible for various materials by applying the diluted solution (2) to a film or the like and drying it as necessary.
* There are products contain binders and surfactants.

Example of use
Various functionality can be added by selecting the resin that suits the purpose.
Examination example (1): Application to elastic materials
By blending with a flexible resin, it is possible to antistatic treatment the elastic base material.
Study example (2): Antistatic addition to emulsion adhesive.
Since it is a water-based conductive polymer, it can be added to emulsion adhesives.
Examination example (3): It can be made into Ink according to the printing method such as Screen printing, Gravure, Offset and inkjet coating.
