Nanoimprinting Molds
Our work in nanoimprinting molds
Nanoimprinting offering nanoresolution is a surface fabrication technology that was developed from the embossing technology for manufacturing optical discs.
Nanoimprinting is drawing increasing attention due to the relative ease with which it can fabricate products with nanosized shapes. However, manufacturing products of precise dimensions with high reproducibility requires close attention to detail on all devices, processes and materials involved, including how to optimize the imprinting conditions and improve the accuracy of the coating thickness of resin transfer materials
In helping to resolve these issues, we have been focusing on “molds” for no other reason than that they easily become damaged and unfit for reuse, are expensive, have low reproducibility and have a long lead time.
Soken is committed to resolving any and all issues you may have regarding molds.
