Organic Conductive Materials

Organic Semiconductive Polymer: Verazol® HT Series (P3HT)
Feature 3: Excellent Processability

HT-030 of ultra-high molecular weight grade was developed based on our unique production techniques. The inherent processability of polymeric materials is dramatically improved to allow self-standing films and nanofiber structures to be fabricated on their own, with expected applications in the new area of "sheet devices."

Self-standing film

Self-standing film

This film exhibits high self-standing performance in thicknesses of nanometers or submicrometers. This feature can be used to add functions that were previously unavailable for applications such as lamination by transfer and solar cells without base materials.

Nanofiber

Nanofiber is used to drive pressure sensors. These sensors, attached to beds, floors and walls, can build a sensor network to provide monitoring care for children and the elderly.

Application of Nanoimprint Technology for Sensitivity Improvement of Organic Radiation Detector

It has become possible to control interface forms with a nanoimprint mold, which is expected to improve the phototransformation efficiency of organic photovoltaics.
